Resources located in the following libraries can be found through UNL's library catalog and checked out using a valid NCard.

Women's and Gender Library

A large collection of books, DVD's, reference materials, brochures, and handouts addressing issues/intersections of race, gender, class, and sexuality. We aim to promote books written by women, queer folk, and people of color. This library is located inside Nebraska Union, Room 340.

LGBTQA+ Library

More than 1,500 books and DVDs, reference materials, brochures, and handouts related to gender and sexuality and the intersections of sexual orientation and gender identity/expression with other intersections of identity including race/ethnicity, class, religion, and other aspects of identity and experience. This library is located inside Nebraska Union, Room 346.

Karen Miller Memorial Library

Also known as the UNL Eating Disorder Library, this collection of books focuses on eating disorder advocacy and recovery is a dedication to Karen Miller's mission. Miller served the UNL community from 1994-2014, and founded the UNL Eating Disorders Treatment Team. The majority of resources found in this library cover topics based on nutrition, eating disorder recovery, and body image. This library is located inside Nebraska Union, Room 340.

Stephanie Alderson Children's Library

Filled with more than 100 books for all ages. There are “learn-to-read” style books, young adult novels, bedtime stories, and a variety of books in languages other than English, such as Spanish, Chinese, and Vietnamese. 

Discover a wide range of important topics such as consent, gender, racism, and emotional well-being, all while being easy to understand at any age. This library is located Nebraska Union, Room 340.
