This event will take place on October 23 from 12-1:15PM in McCollum Hall on UNL's East Campus. This is a free presentation to help attendees understand the different ways they can engage with the Nebraska Legislature and develop skills that may be applied to other state legislatures. Topics to be discussed are: • when is the legislative session • different parts of the legislative process • finding relevant bills • understanding the various ways to submit comment.
